Typographical Errors
In the event that a Chain Gang Lowrider product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Chain Gang Lowrider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chain Gang Lowrider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chain Gang Lowrider shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Chain Gang Lowrider without notice at any time, for any reason. Product Return Policy
Items purchased at regular price ( not on sale or at a discounted price ) are returnable. Returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded whatsoever. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted until you have received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ( RA# ) from Chain Gang Lowrider. Returns without a RA# will be refused, at the cost of the customer. Please contact us to set up a RA#. Once you have received a RA#, shipments must be sent PREPAID to Chain Gang Lowrider by Canada Post or United States Postal Service - Expedited or Express service - These services offer a tracking number for your security. Return product must arrive at Chain Gang Lowrider within 15 days following the date you received your product initially. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose a Canada Post or USPS shipping service that will deliver the product within this 15 days time. IMPORTANT : YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST WRITTEN CLEARLY AND BOLDLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX, PACKAGES WITHOUT THIS WILL BE REFUSED, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. To avoid having to return product please feel free to ask any questions you may have before ordering.
Information About Painted Parts
Painted parts such as frames, forks, fenders, etc, may sometimes have small scratches or imperfections in the paint, this is unavoidable. These scratches or imperfections are not an accepted reason for a return. We package each item to try to avoid any further imperfections in shipping.
