    Disc Brake Set Up on Front Wheel - With fork that has caliper tabs

Choose a "Freewheel" wheel.
These wheels have a hub that is threaded on one side.
Instead of using it on the back of a bike with a freewheel gear,
use it to mount a disc brake.

Spin on the adapter.
The correct adapter to use with a freewheel is the "FREEWHEEL DISC BRAKE ROTOR MOUNT".

Bolt a rotor onto the adapter with 6 mounting screws.
You can use any 160mm standard rotor.

 Attach your fork to the axle. The fork shown has caliper mounting tabs.  Bolt on your caliper with two mounting bolts. Now all that's left to do is attach your brake cable, and choose your handbrake levers.

Follow the first 3 steps above.
Use the "DISC BRAKE CALIPER MOUNT", file off the raised section with the single hole drilled through it, slide it onto the axle before the fork, and turn it so it rests against the back of the fork. Tighten the axle bolts. Bolt on your caliper with two mounting bolts. Now all that's left to do is attach your brake cable, and choose your handbrake levers.
