Placing Your
Order:
Please
use our shopping cart system to submit your order. The shopping cart will
total your parts and shipping.
 USA customers may order off our
website, though there may be additional shipping funds needed.
Unfortunately,
our website shipping calculator cannot differentiate between Canada and USA,
and our shipping rates are to complete
a shipment within Canada. If this is the case we will email you a paypal
request for the balance of shipping funds required.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope to resolve this situation in
the future.
Alternatively, you may email us the Part Numbers & Description
of the parts you require, we can then email you a paypal
invoice for the total including the proper shipping amount. We can
only ship to the Continental United States.
Payment:
Orders are processed through
Paypal. This allows you to use a visa, mastercard, discover, or
american express card.

All orders of value $50.00 + must have a CONFIRMED
address status through paypal.
We cannot ship to buyers who do not confirm
their address when setting up their paypal account.

Shipping:
Chain Gang Lowrider ships by Canada Post / USPS, and Greyhound (Xlarge
items) . We will determine the best
shipping option
according to the size and value of your order. Xlarge orders shipped by
Greyhound ship to the GH STATION closest to your postal code. All orders are shipped
insured. Orders normally ship within 48 hours of order completion,
unless a product is out of stock, in this case we will hold all products
that you have ordered, and ship your complete order when the out of stock
product is available again. If a product will be out of stock for more
than 2-3 weeks we will contact you by email. Please contact us if you
would like to know if an item is in stock before you order. Unlike
other suppliers, we will not surprise you with a substitute product, we want
you to you receive what you want!
Returns/Damages:
Chain Gang Lowrider packs every order with care to avoid shipping damages.
If however you receive a damaged
product report it to the shipper and Chain Gang Lowrider immediately.
Because we are a small independent company, we cannot accept returns.
We are more than willing to help
you select the proper product for your bicycle the first time. If for
any reason a product needs to be returned to
Chain Gang Lowrider, shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Assembly of Bicycles / Liability
Chain Gang Lowrider is not responsible for products installed incorrectly.
Bicycles parts supplied by Chain Gang Lowrider
are meant for leisure riding & display and should not be used for business or work
purposes. Some parts are for display
purposes only, and should not be used when riding the bicycle. Chain Gang
Lowrider is not responsible for harm
or damages that result from the improper assembly or use of it's products.
Please know and abide by all traffic
and pedestrian laws. The customer assumes all responsibility when using Chain
Gang Lowrider parts.
